A Further Look Inside the Home of Roger U Roundly

This, in contrast to the upstairs bathroom(in which you could just about land a plane!), is the room you can barely turn around in. I call it The Small, Cold Room...
Here's another shot of that staircase. As I said, it has 2 turns, this being the second. My felines have always mastered the art of jumping from one side to the other. There are many ways, as I've watched them discover.
This area, as you'll see in a minute, is pretty much a lounge area(like they do anything else!)for my cats. You could also put a band there, provided they travelled light.
The boudoir, also called Sloth Center North. Eventually it would be cool to get a bigger TV in there, and really dial up the sloth..
My computer/music room, where I spend the bulk of my time at home. The model on the wall is from my ex-stepdaughter's Health class way back when she was a 5th grader or so. She gave that to me when their Mom and I split up, as a sort of momento--we both had a weird sense of humor, which is where she was going with this one.

And here is, basically, my music laboratory, consisting of a keyboard, 16-track recorder, guitar processor, and(trying to use less of)drum machine. I spend a lot of time over here
too.
Last but not least, the other residents of the Roundly household, Cindy and Jill. Like I said, that's become their turf, their barrio. 'Sup, holmes?

Well I hope you've enjoyed this guided tour. Mi casa su casa, at least in the virtual sense. Thanks for stopping by. Y'all come back now, hear?

A Look Inside the Home of Roger U Roundly

A brief tour of the Roundly household, starting with the front room. My house was built in 1945, and is 9 years older than I am. I love the staircase, how it winds around.
And here we have another view of the front room. As you can see, I don't do a great deal of entertaining here in this part of the house.
The dining room table is always in some state of disarray. This is about a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. I have someone come in and clean every other week, so they(somewhat)make sense of the stuff on the table. But strangely enough, there are times afterward when I can't find what I was looking for(!).
Moving on here, we're now in the beautiful Roundly kitchen.  Nothing fancy, just where I fix my meals and my two cats eat
 theirs. Another "functional" room.
The kitchen table rivals my dining room in terms of clutter. But it's usually in this state of disarray. This is more like a 9...
One of my means of cooking, along with my George Foreman Grill and the stove-top(plus a Toaster Oven my brother gave me one Christmas or another).
I had this deck built at the tail end of 2011, right after getting the place paid off. It was one of three necessary home improvements -three more expenses after finally "getting there". Well, you're never really there anyway..
My upstairs bathroom. You could almost land a plane in here, as opposed to the downstairs commode in which you can barely turn around. One of these years I'll paint it(or have it painted)to a color other than Pepto-Bismol pink.
My TV room downstairs, which I call the Sloth Center. I have most of my meals in here, and am otherwise supine on that couch watching the behemoth TV you see to the left. I become damn near invertebrate in this room.

Well, that's a glimpse into my domestic life. Hope you like the pictures. More where these came from...
